Kelsie’s road to the mat began at 16 to battle and prevent running injury. Continuing into college as a track athlete for ULM, she found comfort into the “made for you” style of yoga that contrasted a competitive running career. After graduating from ULM in kinesiology, she became a 200 RYT in 2013 from Live Love Teach. Soon, she was teaching yoga full time. Once her daughter was born, she began taking different fitness classes and her love for all things health and fitness grew. She has her certification in Vbarre, Classical Pilates mat certification through Power Pilates and is undergoing her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body. Kelsie has a passion for healing with Pilates and yoga. Always up for an adventure, Kelsie, husband, Garry and daughter, Charlie love to hike, camp and spend as much time exploring the outdoors!
Caroline has always had a passion for health and fitness, and has always enjoyed challenging movement and exercise. While home from college one summer, Caroline decided to give Pilates a try. She took a few mat privates that summer and fell in love with the mental and physical benefits. She loved the way it transformed her body by creating long, lean and sculpted muscles versus bulky!
Fast forward a few years to the beginning of 2017 when she tried the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Chair… she was hooked! Caroline enjoys Pilates for a bazillion reasons however, one that is near and dear to her heart is the rehabilitation aspect of the Pilates Method. She has personally experienced the positive effects Pilates has had on her arthritic hip and her hyper-mobile joints. By strengthening, stabilizing, and mobilizing; Pilates has helped her eliminate joint pain!
She believes in doing workouts that challenge your body but are also low-impact to provide her clients with years of functional movement, health, and mobility. Caroline is currently undergoing her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body.
